Salmon Spread

Fat Free Cream Cheese, 12 oz tubnonfat sour cream, 0.5 cupLemon juice, 1 tbspWorcestershire Sauce, 1.5 tspPepper, black, 0.125 tspRed salmon, 1 - 14 oz can, drained, or 2 cupsCelery, chopped, 2 tbspGreen Onions, chopped, 2 tbsp
Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature.
Blend the first five ingredients in the blender.
Remove skin from salmon and mash up the bones, if using canned.
Mix salmon, celery, and onions with the cream cheese mixture.
Spread on raw vegetables or whole grain crackers.
Add 1 tsp liquid smoke to add a smoked salmon taste.
Each serving is 2 tbsp.
