2 Chicken breasts, cooked/shredded/cut up1 can cream of chicken soup1 cup milk1/2 pound frozen hash browns1 can Frenchs fried onions4 slices american cheesesalt/pepper to taste
Cook chicken, shred/cut up. While cooking chicken, mix soup/milk/salt/pepper. Set aside. In casserole dish, add cooked chicken, hashbrowns. stir in chicken soup and mix well. Stir in 1/2 can of onions. bake 10-15 mins till warm. Top with onions and sliced cheese, bake another 10-15 minutes till browned and cheese is melted.

This recipe is sooo yummy though the hash browns & onions make it pretty unhealthy. Usu. I skip the onions. I've started making my own hash browns ahead of time. I also don't bother precooking the chicken if I don't have any already, and bake for an hour instead. Cheddar works well too. SO TASTY. - 7/16/12

The only reason I add the onions is because the rest of the family insist on the onions! I am glad you like it though...
