Chicken & Noodles with Veggies

Ingredients
1 1/2 cooked chicken breast without skin, cubed (I use the leftovers from when I make a whole roasted chicken stuffed with rosemary)6 cups low sodium chicken broth (homemade is best)1 1/2 cups fresh snapped green beans1/2 cup carrot matchsticks1 1/2 cup zucchini matchsticks1 1/2 cups wide egg noodles
Directions
Combine all ingredients, bring to boil, cook until veggies and noodles are done.
