A LSSR: coffee yogurt pop

Ingredients
1 Cup espresso1 Cup 2% milk1 Cup plain lowfat yogurt
Directions
Brew coffee and let cool. Sweeten coffee to taste (i use splenda). In a blender, place sweet coffee, milk and yogurt then blend til smooth. Freeze in 10 pop containers.
