Ingredients
2 cups sliced mushrooms1 med red pepper sliced1 med yellow pepper sliced1 small squash sliced1 small zucchini sliced1 small onion sliced
Directions
I like to have all these sliced and in the fridge until needed.
coat a pan with cooking spray and cook over med. heat until desired tenderness
