Braised Italian Chicken Sausage and Peppers with Penne

Ingredients
Barilla Plus Penne, 1/2 box (7oz)Birdseye Pepper Stir Fry 1 - 1 pound bag (fresh is better)Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbspBalsamic Vinegar, 2 tbspGarlic, 3 cloves, mincedCrushed Red Pepper Flakes 1 tbspDried Thyme LeavesSea Sea Salt and Fresh Black Pepper to tasteParsley, dried, 1 tbspPublix Greenwise Mild Italian Chicken Sausage, 1 pound (casing removed)Swanson (Organic Vegetarian Vegetable Broth), 2 cups
Directions
Boil pasta according to package instructions

Lightly saute peppers, onions and garlic in olive oil
* When using frozen vegetables be sure to thaw and drain prior to cooking

Add spices, sausage, vinegar, and broth

Bring to boil, allow liquid to evaporate and form a glaze

Toss with pasta and enjoy!
