Great Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
10 Idaho potatoes, peeled and diced1/2 cup 1% milk1/2 cup light sour cream1/4 cup buttery spread
Directions
Peel potatoes and dice. Put in pot and cover with water. Bring to boil and continue boiling until fork tender. Drain off water and put into mixing bowl. Add milk, sour cream, and spread. I also add a little salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Mix with hand mixer to desired consistency. Makes 10 1-cup servings.
