(1) Thomas Bagel Thin 100% Whole Wheat(1) Morningstar Farms Original Sausage Patty (it's Meatless)1/2 Cup Egg Whites, scrambled1/2 oz Low-fat Cheese (We like Cabot 50% Reduced Fat Pepper Jack)1 Tbsp. Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
Directions
Toast the bagel thin, scramble the egg white and cook the sausage patty. Spread the bagel thin with the buttery spread, top with egg, sausage & cheese to make a sandwich.
