Cauliflour Beef and Noodles

Ingredients
4C Cauliflower6oz Sirloin55g Filipino NoodlesSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Trim some fat off beef and place in slow cooker with seasonings from noodles and 3 cups of water. Slow cook overnight. Boil cauliflower in water for about 5 minutes, add noodles and salt/pepper and cook for another 3 minutes. Mix with beef which has been pulled. Serves 4.
