1.5 cups Bisquick baking mix8 oz. vanilla low fat yogurt0.25 cup cocoa powder0.5 cup Splenda1 tsp vanilla0.25 cup Egg Beaters0.25 cup canned evaporated skim milk2 tbsp. instant coffee4 tbsp. mini chocolate chips
Makes 8 servings.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 in baking dish with non stick spray. Heat evaporated skim milk. Mix in instant coffee until dissolved. Mix baking mix, cocoa powder, and Splenda in bowl. Add Egg Beaters, yogurt, and evaporated skim milk. Add vanilla and mini chocolate chips. Bake 15 minutes.
