Ingredients
2 cups broccoli florets2 T olive oil (for pan frying)1/4 cup egg whites1/3 cup bread crumbs
Directions
Steam broccoli in microwave for 5-7 minutes until tender, but not mushy

dip broccoli (or any veggie used) into egg whites and then bread crumbs

pan fry in olive oil until golden brown.
