wild rice and mushrooms

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onions (or scallions); 1 tsp olive oil; 1 cups wild rice; 200 grams canned mushrooms; hot water (or vegetable stock) . herbs if you want.
Directions
boil some water (3 cups) in a pan and keep it near the stove, hot. in a pan, put the onions and olive oil and wait until the onions are golden. add the mushrooms and the rice, followed by the hot water. stir and cook for 10-15 min. makes 2 large servings or 4 small ones.
