Ingredients
4 servings injera 1c. jalapenos, finely chopped5-6 cloves garlicgingerbunch of cilantro2 c. lowfat buttermilk
Directions
In food processor grind up jalapenos, garlic, ginger, and cilantro. Pour in buttermilk and stir to combine. Tear up injera and pour buttermilk over it. Serve immediately next to or on top of lettuce, tomato, and onions.
