Mom's Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lbs. 93% ground beef2 medium eggs1/2 tsp. worcestershire2 tbsp. ketchup2 tsp. black pepper1 1/2 cup of crumbled saltine crackers1/2 small onion diced
Directions
Preheat oven on bake 370 degrees. Combine all ingredients into bowl and mix together. * Line the bottom of your meatloaf pan with bread slices. (This absorbs the grease from the beef without drying out the meat, automaticaly cutting your fat intake.) Put meatloaf in pan. Place in oven for 40-45 minutes. When finished, take out of oven, and let cool for approximately 10 min. Cut around the edges and flip meatloaf onto a dish. Now, just peal off the greasy bread and serve. Serves up to 6 servings.
