Ingredients
5 cups almonds1/4 cup water3 cups dry roasted edamame nuts w/sea salt2 cups pitachio dry roasted nuts w/sea salt2 cups raw unsalted pine nuts2 cups raw unsalted sunflower seeds4 cups raisins1.5 teaspoon cinnamon (to taste)sprinkle or more cayenne pepper (to taste)
Directions
preheat oven to 400

Place almonds in bowl with 1/4 cup water toss to coat.
Pour almonds into hot skillet, stirring constantly until water has evaporated. Transfer almonds to cookie sprayed cookie sheet, sprinkle with almonds with cayenne pepper. Bake @ 400 for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

Meanwhile, toss raisins in cinnamon until coated.
Once almonds have cooled mix all of the ingredients together. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy 1/4 cup as one serving.
