Azilee's Super easy Lentil Soup

Ingredients
Lentils, 1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 4 medium Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Celery, raw, .75 cup, dicedGarlic, 2 clovesOlive Oil, 2 tbsp *Imagine Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 4 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Brewer's Yeast, 2 tbsp
Directions
Sautee Mushrooms, carrots, onions, celery and garlic in olive oil until tender. Season with 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tbsp italian seasoning (No sodium variety). Add broth and heat until boiling. Add lentils and allow to boil one minute while stirring. Reduce heat to low, and simmer until lentils are tender.
