Denise's Gazpacho

Ingredients

2 large cans of V82 peeled and seeded cucumbers1 medium onion1 green pepper2 cloves of garlica sizeable handful of cilantro and, if you're feeling spunky, a jalapeno 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chili pepper1 teaspoon coriander2 tablespoons sugar
Pour the juice into a large, air tightable bowl. Otherwise your fridge might get stinky.
Puree all the veggies and add that to the bowl.
Add spices to taste. I find the sugar necessary to cut some of the acidity, but it surely can be omitted or a substitute could be found.
Chill well.
Traditionally, topped with additional raw chopped veggies, sour cream, and or and croutons.
