Lower Fat Coleslaw

Ingredients
7.5 cups shredded coleslaw mix1/2 cup mayo1/4 cup miracle whip free1/4 cup cider vinegar1/4 cup sugar1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp dry mustard1/2 tbs celery seed
Directions
Mix everything except the coleslaw mix together until smooth and well blended.
Stir in the coleslaw mix until coated.
Refridgerate for at least 2 hours.
Makes 7 1/2 1 cup servings.

Could reduce the fat even more by using low fat or fat free mayo.

    I used all Miracle Whip in the recipe and white pepper instead of black. It turned out great and my family loved it. I think that next time I will use a tad less sugar though because of the extra sweetness from all MW. - 11/16/07
