Puerto Rican type Meatloaf with Capers & Green Olives

Ingredients
1/2 cup of dried rice. (Prepared should make around 1.5 cups)1/2 cup oatmeal (uncooked)**1 pound ground turkey2 egg1 cup chopped tomatoes, draineddash of salt & peppertsp Paprika2 TBS garlic7 green olives, chopped1 small onion, chopped1 TBS capersbunch of cilantro**To keep it Gluten free, just add 1/4 cup of brown rice or Mighty Tasty Hot Cereal, and the calories will be about the same, give or take a couple of calories.) You'll need to precook the rice.
Directions
Precook the rice.
Toss everything but the rice in a bowl and mix. When rice is cool, add, and put into a bread pan. Cook at 350 for about an hour.
Makes 8 servings.
