These are approx. measurements:3 cups Brocolli1/2 to 1 cup Light Mayo or nonfat Mayo2 to 4 TBS Lemon Juice2 to 4 tsp Sugar1/2 cup Red Onion1/2 cup Raisins1/4 cup Low-fat Chedder Cheese
Combine sauce ingred. first and pour over remaining. I have added pecans to this salad too, turns out great! A nice low fat treat.
