1 onion2 jalepeno pepper3 or 4 tomatos2 limes8 cups veggie broth2 cups cooked black beans4 corn tortillas sliced into stripscilantro to tastetop with some baked corn tortilla strips cotija cheese optional (just understand that it adds 100 calories per ounce)
saute the veggies
add the broth, beans, the tortilla strips and the cilantro.
cook until it thickens up (about 15 or 20 minutes)
Top with baked tortilla strips and cotija cheese (optional)
