Ingredients
Ingredients: * Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) * Milk, 1%, 1 cup * Eden Organic Red Quinoa Whole Grain 1/4 C Uncooked serving, 4 serving * *Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Directions
Rinse Quinoa

Heat milk and water to boiling.

Add Quinoa lower temperature on stove to simmer.

Stir occasionally. As mixture thickens add 1teaspoon of cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.

simmer on very low heat until thickens. Five servings approx 1/2 cup each.
