Orange Avacado Salad Dressing

Ingredients
Dressing:2 small mandarin oranges1/2 red bell pepper1 clove of garlic1/2 avacadoSalad:RomaineKaleSpinachCucumberRed PepperRed OnionGreen Onion**You can make any kind of tossed salad, adding whatever vegetables you like**
Directions
Put all dressing ingredients into blender or food processor and blend. Add water to get your desired consistency whether thicker or thinner. Thinner for pouring and thicker for a dip.

Dressing makes about 2 cups.

Can be served on salad, or as a dip with vegetables.
