Oven baked pancakes

Ingredients
2 eggs1/2 C. Flour1/2 C. nonfat milkTopping2 apples4 tbsp butter1/4 C sugarCinnamon
Directions
Beat eggs lightly. Add milk and flour and beat until smooth.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray 2 small pie pans with butter spray.
Melt 1 tsp butter in each pan and spray with butter spray.
Place on a baking sheet and put in oven to melt butter.
Remove the pans. Put half of the mixture in each pan.
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower heat to350 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. Remove and top with fruit topping.
Make topping while the pancakes are baking
Peel, core and slice apples.
Melt butter and add sugar, stir until sugar is melted. Add apples and cinnamon and cook until soft.
Serve hot topping the pancakes with filling
