Ingredients
CRUST:One completed recipe for: whole wheat thin crust pizza dough (by SP AZIAS_MOMMY')TOPPINGS (by LADY-SHERRY) 1 cup red bell peppers chopped1 cup yellow bell peppers chopped6 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk1 cup chopped Onions2 servings *Dole Pineapple Slices in 100% pineapple rings (2 slices = 1 serving)1 cup (=1 4.5 oz jar) Green Giant sliced mushrooms50 grams black olives (hill country fare brand) slicedFOR THE SAUCE:6 oz tomato paste, Parade brand (one 6 oz can) 1/2 cup tap water1 packet Splenda1/4 tsp each of the following herbs (or to taste): dried Basil Garlic powder *Onion powder GROUND oregano1/4 tsp salt (optional)1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes (optional) but gives it a zip!
Directions
Prepare the suggested pizza dough by SP 'AZIAS_MOMMY' ahead of time OR use a storebought whole wheat dough. If dough has been frozen ... thaw completely before using.

Pre cook the dough on 425 F for 10 minutes

While dough is pre cooking prepare the sauce:

Add all the sauce ingredients into a sauce pot and gently simmer for a few minutes while you chop the toppings. Taste the sauce and make seasoning adjustments before spreading on pre baked crust. Add toppings and bake on 425 F for 10 to 25 min. or until hot and bubbly. I freeze any leftovers for another day.

1 24 inch pizza=16 servings total
8 mini personal pizzas=1 serving each
