Beef and Veggie Burger

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef (90%)1/2 cup finely chopped onion1/2 cup grated zucchini 1/2 cup grated carrot4 TBS beef boullion2 tsp worcestershire sauce
Directions
Put beef boullion in sauce pan with vegetables. Cook and stir until water is absorbed. Add to ground beef with worcestershire sauce. Form 5 patties about 3/4 inch thick and place on broiler rack 3" from heat. Broil for 10 minutes on each side.

We serve on a bed of lettuce with a sauce made from chopped tomato, sauerkraut, prepared mustard, and horseradish (blended in blender until smooth) Sauce is not included in nutritional information
