*Muir Glen Organic Diced Tomatos - 28 OZ Can*Ranch Style Pinto Beans - 15 OZ Can*Beef broth, 4 cup*Baby New Potatoes - 8 *Green Chili Pepper (Hatch or Big Jims) - 8Beef, bottom sirloin, tri-tip roast, trimmed - 3.5 lbsGarlic powder, 2 tsp*Onion powder, .2 tspOregano, ground, 1/2 tspSeason Salt, 2 tspCelery Salt, 2 tsp
Create rub w/allof the season salt, celeary salt and a pinch of the garlic powder, onion powder and Oregeno. Rub on to tip roast. In hot castiron skillet, braise meat. Place braised meat into large crock pot and add beef broth. On high, let cook for 3 hours or until meat breaks apart easily. Remove meat and add remaining ingrediants. Place meat back in and cook an additional 2 hours on high. Reduce heat to low and eat. Best served with shredded jack and chedder cheese. Warm flour tortillas top off this dish nicely.
