Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce1/2 cup brown sugar1/4 cup ketchup1/2 t. ground ginger6 chicken thighs
Directions
*makes six 1/2-cup servings*
Place all ingredients in crock pot
Cook 4-6 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
Slow cookers vary in size and cook differently, so adjust cooking time as needed from your past experience with your appliance.
SERVING SUGGESTION: serve over white or brown rice with stir-fry veggies of choice.

    This was sooooo great!! The whole family LOVED it!! It is definitely going into our regular dinner line up!! I had one small change. I didn't have quite a 1/2 cup of soy sauce (used low sodium soy) so I finished the 1/2 cup off with hoisin sauce. Yummy doesn't even begin to describe this!! - 10/10/10
