Soybean Crab meat Salad

Ingredients
Soybean, 4 cupsImitation Alaskan Crab meat - 15 sticksWasabi paste - 6-8 tablespoonsRice Vinegar - 6-8 tablespoonsSeasoned Soy Sauce - 4-6 tablespoonsScallions - 1.5 cups chopped
Directions
Wash and clean mushroom
Boil water with 2 dash of salt
Put mushroom in boiling salted water for 5 minutes
Take mushroom out and slice into pieces
Put Soybean into the boiled water and boil for 1 minute
Drain Soybean
Mix soybean with crabmeat, mushroom, scallion, soysauce & rice vinegar
Refrigerate and serve cold
