Vegetable Soup with ground turkey

Ingredients
3 lbs extra lean ground turkey (97%/3%)1 - 26.25 oz can of condensed Tomato soup1 - 10.75 oz can of condensed Tomato soup1 - 26.25 oz can of condensed Vegetable soup1 - 10.75 oz can of condensed Vegetable soup1 cup water, or to desired thickness
Directions
Brown meat, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Only add water for desired thickness. Do not add water for each can of condensed soup. Heat through, about 15 minutes, stiring often.
