Vegetable Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 1 cup, choppedCelery, raw, 1 cup, diced Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped Garlic, 8 cloves, mincedGarlic powder, 6 tbsp Green Beans,1.5 cup canned tomatoes, 1 can diced, 1 can crushed4 cups water, filtered
Directions
chop veggies.
Saute in large saucepan.
Add tomatoes and water. Spice to taste.
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat.
Let simmer 1-2 hours.

Makes 12-20 servings (1.5 cup each)
