Low Fat Dijon and Pepper biscuits

1 1/2 cups Buttermilk complete pancake mix1 cup low fat buttermilk 4 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon mustard1 tsp cracked black pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients and stir until just mixed (do not over mix or biscuits will be tough). Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 11 minutes. Makes 18 biscuits.
**note: if you do not have buttermilk, add one teaspoon vinegar to one cup skim milk and let it sit for five minutes. Add to recipe as you would buttermilk.
