Dr Byrd Cake

Ingredients
3 c. sifted flour (can use whole wheat flour)2 c. sugar (or equivelent substitute)1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. cinnamon3 eggs1 tsp. vanilla1 1/4 c. veg. oil8 oz crushed pineapple (in it's own juice) *use juice too2 c. bananas1 c. chopped walnuts (or pecans)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325

Sift all dry ingredients together.
Add oil, eggs, vanilla and pineapple. Stir well.
Add bananas and nust. Stir.
Pour into bundt pan and bake for 1 hr and 20 mins. (or until knife comes out clean)
