1/4 c. Kraft mayonnaise with olive oil1/4 c. Nonfat Greek yogurt2 Tbsp. sugar4 Tbsp. vinegar (white or apple cider)
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together and pour over 8 cups (20 oz.) shredded coleslaw mix. Stir to combine.

    I enjoyed this. I love any chance to substitute greek yogurt. I added poppyseed, and celery seed, and red pepper. I think my husband preferred an oil and vinegar mix, but I like the creamy taste. - 5/13/11
