Ingredients
4 chiken breast no skin or bone1 medium onion(cut in wedges) 2 medium tomatoes(cut in wedges) Lettuce (iceberg) 2 chipotle chiles cut upLow fat sour cream2 tbsp of canola oil
Directions
Boil chicken breast, and shred with a fork.
In large frying pan put in shredded chicken,oil tomatoes, onions and the chipotle.
Stir and cook until every ingredient is mixed.
Open lettuce and separate to make little bowls with leaves.
Put the mixture on top of lettuce and 1tsp of sour cream.
Serves 4-6 people

    I LOVE Tinga. I use a large can of stewed tomato's and I add 2 cubes of Knorr chicken boullion. I cook it in the slow cooker for 4-5 hours. Using lettuce leaves is a great idea! - 7/29/09
