Asian dressing

Ingredients
1/3 c. silken soft tofu1/4 c. miso1/4 c. rice vinegar2 T. lime juice2 T. water2 T. low-sodium soy sauce2 T. peanut butter2 T. pickled ginger1 T. honey1 1/2 t. mustard powder1 1/2 t. minced garlic1/2 t. chili flakes2 T. minced scallions, white and green parts2 T. chopped cilantro
Directions
Combine all but last two ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Stir in scallions and cilantro.

Makes 24 1-tablespoon servings.
