Ingredients
Sunrise Farms Xtra Lean Ground Turkey, 371 grams (.8lbs)Bell Pepper, Orange, .5 cup (about 1/2)Green Giant Sugar Snap Peas, 0.5 cupBaby Carrots, raw, 10 large 5 Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g)Hunt's Tomato Sauce No Salt Added, .75 cup Onion (Yellow), 1 med, raw, (about 3/4 of onion)Long Grain Brown Rice, .5 cup, cookedButter, unsalted, 1 tbspOxo, low sodium, 2 satchelsLaughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese (Serving = 1 wedge), 4 servingsCayenne PepperGarlic saltPepper
Directions
Brown ground turkey
Drain & rinse under warm water
Add onions, carrots and garlic. Cook on medium for a few minutes.
Add orange pepper, sugar snap peas, tomato sauce, Oxo & rice.
Season with cayenne pepper, pepper and garlic salt.
Cook until tomato sauce is reduced and veggies are tender crisp.
Add in cheese at the end and just melt it and mix.
