Katie's Spicy Chicken Chili

Ingredients
32 oz chicken broth (Fresh or store bought)2 cans navy beans1/4 can tomato pasteChicken from a whole roasting chicken or approx 8 oz breast meat and two thighs2 whole med tomatoes diced1.5C diced onion (approx half a good sized onion)1 4oz can green chilies1 palm full of cumin1 palm full of chili powder1 palm full of cayenne pepper (use less if you don't like it spicy or more if you do)2 Tbsp. Cornstarch & water for thickening
Directions
Bring broth to a boil over med heat...add onions, chilies, diced tomatoes,and tomato paste...simmer till onions are tender
Add two cans of navy beans (drained) to pot and then add cooked chicken and spices.
Simmer long enough to heat beans and chicken through.
Thicken with cornstarch or it will be more like soup.
Add salt to taste and enjoy!
