Guacamole

Ingredients
8 Haas avocados with peel and seed removed1 cup salsa- any flavor4 tsp crushed dried garlic2 tsp tobasco or favorite hot sauce1 dash of kosher salt1/2 lime juicedMix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Make sure there is no space for air between plastic wrap and guacamole, this prevents browning of the guacamole. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours and serve with favorite tortilla chips.
Directions
Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours then serve. Makes 24 1/4 servings.
