Ingredients
1 Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Tortilla1 lg egg1 Tbsp salsa (or other low cal sauce)1 oz reduced fat cheese (I used 4 cheese Italian)
Directions
Using the pan with two ovals, crack egg into well. Spoon sauce over egg and then top with cheese (it's a lot of cheese, so you might be able to scale down). Close top and cook for 11 minutes. When the timer goes off, put the tortilla in the microwave for 15 seconds to soften. Turn egg out onto the tortilla and roll up. Makes one serving.
