Asparagus Quiche

2/3 c. milk, 1 percent2 tbsp. flour3/4 c egg substitute1 cup cottage cheese2 oz cream cheese1 c reduced fat shredded cheese10 oz asparagus
spray a large pie plate with cooking spray and put asparagus on the bottom. Use blender to blend the rest of the ingredients until smooth. Pour over asparagus. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
