Grilled Lemon and Parsley Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
1 tsp dijon mustard2 tbsp fresh lemon juice6 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp fresh minced parsley1 1/4 tsp sugarsalt pepper 3 medium garlic cloves crushed through a press2 tbsp water4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions
Whisk together mustard, 1 tbsp on lemon juice, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt and pepper in a small bowl and set aside

Whisk together remaining ingredients and put in a ziploc bag, add chicken and toss to coat. Press out air and seal. Place in the fridge for 30 min, flipping bag about half way through.

Remove chicken from bag and allow excess marinade to drip off. Grill over med heat until done and allow to rest 5 min after removing from grill. Slice on the bias diagonally about 1/4 inch slices. Drizzle over reserved sauce
