1 banana1 cup frozen raspberries1 cup orange juice1 container non-fat strawberry yogurt8 baby carrotsHandful fresh spinach2 tsp flaxseed oil2 scoops vanilla protein powder ( any brand)¼ cup dry oatmeal

Combine all ingredients in blender with ice. Blend until smooth and serve.
