Italian Cheese Tortellini Soup

Ingredients
6 cups Chicken Broth3 cups Frozen Chopped Spinach1 can Diced Tomatoes with juice3 small carrots chopped match-stick style1/2 cup celery, chopped1/2 cup onions, chopped1/2 cup zucchini, chopped1/2 cup summer squash, chopped1.5 TBL garlic powder1.5 TBL Italian Seasoning1 cup Cheese Tortellini
Directions
In medium sized pan, saute onions, celery, spinach, carrots and squash. In large pot, add chicken broth, diced tomatoes and seasonings. Add sauteed vegetables. Bring to a boil and simmer until zucchini, carrots, squash is cooked through. Right before serving prepare cheese tortellini according to directions. Add to soup and serve.
