Spiced Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients
4-5 medium sweet potatoes, sliced2 T olive oil2 t course sea salt or kosher salt1 T ground cinnamon
Directions
Slice sweet potatoes. Place in large bowl. Add oil, salt and cinnamon. Mix with hands (you could use a spoon, but hands work better) until potatoes are fairly evenly coated w/cinnamon and salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes for a tender-soft sweet potato side dish or 45 minutes for a crispy treat.
