Ingredients
6 large eggs6 egg whites12 oz Turkey Polska Kielbasa10 oz Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained8oz brick, 75% Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
* Coat an 13x9 pan with low-fat cooking spray
* Slice uncooked turkey kielbasa into small pieces and place as first layer in pan
* Drain spinach and distribute spinach leaves across kielbasa
* Slice cheddar cheese into smaller pieces and evenly distribute across kielbasa
* In a separate bowl, mix eggs with egg whites. Pour over the ingredients.
* Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.

    I made this but added one small onion (chopped) and it was delicious. Also low calorie and good protein. I'm going to make again and add turkey sausage instead of kielbasa. Like this recipe alot! - 11/10/19
