Ingredients
Dry raw collards. Peanuts. Toasted Coconut. Red onions, chopped fine. Raw ginger, chopped fine. Limes, unpeeled and cut into tiny pieces. Sweet and sour or tamarind sauce.
Directions
Dry raw collards. Cut 'em into squares and make 'em into pouches. Pile all the other ingredients in the pouch. Add the sauce. Nomnomnom.

It sounds weird, but it's a magical taste explosion.
