Ingredients
1 8oz can mandarin oranges2 boxes cook-and-serve tapioca pudding8oz Cool Whip Free1 box sugar-free orange Jello
Directions
Makes 8 1-cup servings

Put Jello and pudding mixes in a saucepan. Add 3 cups boiling water and cook until clear, 4-5 minutes. Cool. Add Cool Whip and mandarin oranges. Chill until firm.
