Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)*Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup (remove)1/4 cup water
makes an 8 in cassarole, cook at 400 degrees
saute' corn, peppers, onions, garlic powder in a pan, while boiling rice, cut chicken into strips or cubes, after vegatables are almost done, add chicken to pan, saute for about 3-5 minutes.
take cooked rice, chicken/pepper mixture and water , put in cassarole dish, place in oven for about 10-15 minutes, then take out and enjoy!
