Philly Cheese Steaks - slow cooker

2 lbs round steak, thinly sliced2 Tbsp butter, melted4 onions, sliced2 green bell peppers, sliced1 Tbsp garlic-pepper blendsalt, to taste1/2 cup water2 beef bouillon cubes8 french rolls8 slices provolone cheese
1. Combine steak, butter, bell pepper, garlic-pepper mix and salt in slow cooker. Stir to mix
2. Whisk together water and bouillon cubes; pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
3. Place 1 slice of cheese on a roll. Cover with meat mixture. allow meat to melt cheese.
